UPDATE JULY 2024

Thank you again to the people that make my life better. I really appreciate you guys. It's been hell and lonely. I hurt my back and sprained my ankle moving in Janaury and taking things one day at a time since then. Both of my hands went numb for months leaving me paralyzed for much of the Spring. My body is finally getting better! I do a combination of physical therapy, yoga, chiropractic and acupuncture. I also suffer from rheumatoid arthritis like my father and have been battling lots of auto-immune symptoms and allergies, which I believe was kicked off by black mold poisoning. I finally started doing meditation again and am eating more herbs, greens and anti-inflammatory diet. The drinking water of Honolulu was poisoned by the military with jet fuel so it's hard to say what is the main source of toxins in my life.

My and my kitties are sort of safe. I live in the nicer part of a ghetto and it's much safer than where I used to live. Please continue to send us your good vibes and protective energies. Thankfully they are living their best life.
